Greg has a broad range of experience in commercial property practice, including acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial and retail properties, property development, landlord and tenant leasing, corporate relocation strategies and advising on the property related aspects of financing transactions and major corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Property acquisitions and disposals

• Advising Commonwealth Property Investment Trust and Colonial First State Global Asset Management in the sale of the leasehold interests comprising the building known as RBS Tower @ Aurora Place, Sydney.
• Advising Goodman Group in the sale and acquisition of industrial properties, including the acquisition of IBC Estate, Homebush.
• Advising Commonwealth Property Fund on its disposal of 50% of its interests in 101 Collins Street, Melbourne and Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, Brisbane.
• Advising Australian Reward Investment Alliance in its acquisition of commercial and industrial properties.
• Advising Commonwealth Bank of Australia in the sale of 227 Elizabeth Street, Sydney.
• Advising DEXUS (formerly DB RREEF) in the sale of its 50% interests in 5 Westfield-managed shopping centres.

Property development

• Advising Lend Lease Group companies in relation to the proposed $560 million redevelopment of Darling Walk, Darling Harbour in Sydney, including the negotiation of development arrangements with Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, and an agreement for lease and lease to Commonwealth Bank of Australia for the entirety of the commercial space in the development.
• Advising Lend Lease Group companies in relation to their development projects at The New Rouse Hill, Ropes Crossing and Bingara Gorge.
• Advising Investec Property Limited in relation to the establishment of the Investec National Storage Trust and the acquisition of properties for that trust.
• Advising Goodman Group in relation to proposed industrial developments and existing development arrangements.
• Advising Brickworks Limited in relation to its joint venture of industrial land including transaction structuring advice for landholding and development joint ventures and trusts.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Laws (with First Class Honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Master of Laws from New York University.
