Frank is a partner in the national Banking and Projects team, specialising in property matters. Frank is named as a leading lawyer in the current editions of Chambers Global (real estate) and Doyle’s Guide to Australia Legal Profession (property and real estate).
Professional background
Frank graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1994 with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours). Frank has been with Freehills since commencing articles in 1995 and has been in the property group for the last 15 years.
Frank is a member of the Conveyancing Subcommittee and General Conditions Committee of the Law Society and since 2004 has been tutoring final year law students on Commercial Practice Conveyancing and Drafting at the University of Western Australia.
Frank has been a member of the Residential Committee of Property Council of Australia since 2004, provides consultation to the WA Tenure Committee in relation to reform to strata subdivision legislation and has written the Strata Titles paper for the College of Law.
