Nick provides clients with advice in relation to income tax, GST, stamp duty, PRRT, other miscellaneous taxes and superannuation. Nick has particular expertise in:
- cross-border transactions and structuring
- property developments
- corporate mergers and acquisitions, and
- debt and equity raisings.
Professional background
Nick holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Sciences (Mathematical Statistics) from the University of Western Australia and a Masters of Tax from the University of New South Wales. He is a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
